Arguments

mat: A matrix of the proportion of PIPs partitioned to each annotation category, rows are loci, columns are annotation categories.
categories: annotation categories
colors: Colors of the structure plot categories
ticks: Labels of x-axis
font.size: Font size of structure plot
highlight: Highlight a locus
